One thing I loved about Martha is how she teased the Doctor sometimes, so this was great.

I loved that too. Especially in Blink when she seemed to be teasing him about her having to work in a shop when she was promised time and space. I'd like to think it was half playful teasing and half rightfully annoyed. :P
