I imagine if I told you more details about the last part, there'd be some frowning going on. But the betrayal has a big impact on how Merlin views Arthur. Despite that, there is hope in the revival of their strong bond like I said before.

I definitely have a soft spot for DiR because it was my introduction into the series. Will's my favorite character too (well, tied with Bran really). I enjoyed learning about Will and reading about how he became an Old One. I felt his lack of presence definitely in the Greenwitch and I did wish he had played a bigger role in that book. I liked seeing how the Drews reacted to him, and you got an idea of how others his age perceived him.

I like The Grey King a bit more than DiR though because Bran was such a compelling character imo. I just remember enjoying the book a lot. And what made things even better was the friendship between Will and Bran. Finally Will had a friend his age who was just as strange as him, but in different ways...someone he could share things with that he couldn't with others.

Lucy was my favorite when I started reading the Chronicles of Narnia series (in 3rd grade). Mostly because I could relate to her since I was the youngest too. It was a bit sad when the Pevensies weren't in some of the books, but I like the other characters and storylines well enough. I enjoyed the Magician's Nephew since I found the creation of Narnia very interesting. :)

You're welcome. :) I'm glad you had a good weekend. I had a nice Easter, thank you.
