Summary:
In another world where daemons are the norm, Arthur is an exiled prince for not letting Merlin be executed to further the king’s blind crusade against magic. With Excalibur and magic on their side, Arthur and Merlin escape to a different world when the king’s men catch up to them.

It’s lucky that Excalibur can do more than strike men down in battle. But Arthur and Merlin discover that they can never truly escape their enemies.
