OMG Supernatural! (S4 Finale)

What the hell kind of evil cliffhanger was that?!?!

*HAS NO WORDS*

I'm glad that Sam and Dean reconciled at the end somewhat even though they obviously had bigger things to focus on, at least they managed to reunite as the apocalypse came about. Even though I like Dean more, the relationship between the two brothers is what makes the show and it's never easy to see them at odds with each other.

I hope we never see Ruby again! I can't believe how she led Sam on like that. No matter what, Sam would have never willingly agreed to the demons winning and bringing about the apocalypse. :\

But really it was all about Dean and Castiel in this episode for me. So heartbreaking, but I'm glad that Castiel decided to support Dean in the end and helped him get to Sam. I'm very concerned as to how Castiel fared when he stayed behind to hold off the Archangels... At least it's now certain that there will be more Castiel in the next season. :)

It was great to see the prophet Chuck again - lol at the phone call. If you know the world is going to end, why not live it up? Although I'm intrigued to see how the Winchester Gospel turns out since Chuck had said that Dean & Castiel weren't supposed to be on Earth. It definitely can't be good to mess with a prophecy...*is nervous*

To conclude, I look forward to seeing more of Castiel next season and I'm glad that Sam & Dean are back on relatively good terms.

It's going to be a long wait until season 5...:(

I'm glad for Dean and Sam too. Last episode was a downer, and I wasn't all too happy about Castiel.

Yeah, I agree - it was hard seeing them apart like that in the previous episode.

I think that Castiel redeemed himself a bit in the finale though. I'm sure it was difficult for him to go against the "party line." Good thing he did though - for Dean's sake.

OMG I cheated 'cause I missed a few eps. but I DID catch the finale and you are so right omg.

I was very happy we ended with the boys reconciled (god knows they'll need each other--although apparently God doesn't care too much about mortals anymore?)

I admit to falling for Ruby's tricks; I really didn't think she had been leading Sam on the whole time. Jeez, she sure does know how to play the game, I'll give her that.

Dean and Castiel's breakup was so sad. But LOL, Dean has had Castiel so whipped up 'til now, when Cas tells him 'No' Dean is all *DISBELIEF* "What do you mean, no?" :D But after that, so sad, what with the pain and the teary eyes and the voice breaking. BREAKING UP IS HARD TO DO, YOU GUYS. But of course it's Castiel, so it's not like it's gonna last for more than 10 seconds anyway: "Dean Winchester, we are through!...Ok sorry baby, stand back I'ma gonna make you a magic escape door with my blood."

YES to the return of Prophet Chuck, oh, I lulzed so hard when he put his hand on Castiel's shoulder, and Castiel gave him this withering stare and he took his hand back. HE LOVES HIS CHARACTERS SO MUCH, AND YET THEY SHUN. :(

And yeah, I'm so happy about the boys being reunited, but OMFG WHAT HAPPENED TO CASTIEL??? I am so worried about him, it is terrible. Cannot wait for Season 5 (that's supposed to be the final season where we get all the answers, right? I mean, the show probably has to end, I somehow doubt they can top the APOCALYPSE.)
