Me too - and then I realized I may have been speaking too soon. I'm sure once I see the episode - I'll better understand Merlin's actions. Just reading about it doesn't provide enough of a complete picture.

And the show is in Merlin's POV after all - it's inevitable that we'll end up understanding why he did what he did (even if it's hard to accept it).
