Outline for Touched :-)

I finally got around to writing a rough outline of Touched just so it wouldn't only be stored in my head. I'm planning to stick to it, but some things may need to be changed depending on where it fits in the story. I tentatively wrote out the last few lines of the story. I'm worried that I'll get deterred from ending it the way I'm planning to. It'll be unexpected, for sure. Right now, I think there will only be three more chapters left to this story. So, it'll be a 6-part story. But who knows if a scene will run away from me or if I'll want to expand on something.

As a note, there are going to be big time jumps/flash forwards in the story. It's not going to stay on Tyler being a baby...I'm going to have him grow up. Make things more interesting. :-) So it's a "through the years" sort of fic and showing how the Doctor and Martha's relationship evolves.

I changed my layout as you can see. Can't use a header with this layout, but that's all right. I wanted to keep a light layout just so my LJ will look "happy". And I have a soft spot for the color gray. I like the simplicity of it too...and it matches my default icon - well the mood of it at least.

For those who don't watch Supernatural, my icon is of Mary Campbell (soon-to-be Mary Winchester) in 1973 from the last SPN ep: In The Beginning. It's pretty bittersweet considering what happens in her future (just watch the pilot of the show ... in the dark :P).

I tend to write outlines for longer fics - but don't worry if I deviate from them - I go where the bunnies lead!

Yeah, I plan to do the same - I just hope that I won't back out from the basic outline. I'm sure if I told others about it, I'll be convinced out of it.

And I just thought of another fic idea - will have to go in the queue I suppose. lol

Heh. I've got a "queue" too. I've actually got two more Martha/Nine fics planned for a sort of AU S2! o_O

Yeah, I read about that in one of your LJ posts. It has something to do with "The Parting of the Ways"? Poor Nine in that episode - his last words just made me want to hug him ("daft old face" :(). And Ten had to come along - just when I wanted Nine to stick around for a little while longer. *sigh*

And that fic I said I would put in the queue - I'm attempting to work on it. It'll only be a one-shot after all, so it's manageable. But I think I'll go back to working on Touched...

Well the first one will be linked to PotW - but it's AU since Nine doesn't regenerate...

Poor Nine in that episode - his last words just made me want to hug him ("daft old face" :(). And Ten had to come along - just when I wanted Nine to stick around for a little while longer. *sigh*

It's funny, I never really took to Nine that well when I first watched Season 1, but re-watching episodes now, I feel rather fond of him and wish he had stayed - and that Martha could have travelled with him.
