on a whim, I made a Harry/Hermione vid...
...for some reason, I was in the mood for *finally* making a vid and putting up with my DVD ripper and Windows Movie Maker to make the vid. Luckily, WMM didn't freeze on me, so that helped a lot. Everything went pretty smoothly actually.
It's a Harry/Hermione (not really shippy, could be friendship as well) vid solely with clips from Prisoner of Azkaban because I felt like focusing on that movie. And it's always less overwhelming if you know you're not working with five movies - just one movie works better.
I do have an idea that will encompass all the movies (1-5) because I want to do a timeline sort of vid. I know the song I'm going to use - it's my new favorite song as of yesterday. :P
I'm proud though that I actually used songs in this vid that aren't exactly common. The main song is Intermezzo pragnienia by Piotr Rubik - it's an instrumental piece I found via a fanmix (a Dean/Castiel fanmix, which is sort of funny considering how *different* the two pairings (H/Hr vs. D/C) are from each other, lol!). Also, the song Joy Ride by The Killers is played toward the end of the vid...

I've thought of other ideas as well, but I'm going to try to focus on the "Spaceman" vid first. It's all just a matter of getting the clips together.
