Doctor Who S5-7: Amy's Choice

Hmmm...okay, so the Doctor was the Dream Lord all along because of those psychic particles? All right...it looks like the Doctor's a bit insecure about Amy and Rory's relationship. Or maybe I'm reading it wrong...I'm just not completely certain that he's 100% behind Amy and Rory's thing. It's understandable though...of course the Doctor would have an attachment to Amy (if only friendly) and no one likes to find themselves being the third wheel while the couple is in the same room kissing each other...and the "third wheel" feels like well, a third wheel. Poor Doctor.

I'm glad that Amy was so affected by losing Rory that she realized who was truly important to her. So this episode was a good lesson to her -- to remind her that Rory is a constant in her life and she should appreciate him more. Hopefully she takes this message to heart. :)

Cool premise all together though...with deciding what was the dream and what was reality... the Dream Lord guy got annoying after a bit though. I wish he would have just shut up at some points. And considering he apparently was some manifestation of the Doctor...don't know what that says about my opinion of the Doctor. :p

I'm really liking this TARDIS trio -- I'm so glad that Rory is traveling with them. :)

THEY SMOKED ALIEN WEED.

Haha, probably! "Now children, this is what'll happen if you smoke alien weed..." ;)

I agree with your thoughts on the Doctor's conflicted mindset. Of course he sees Amy as his main companion currently and Rory's tagging along for now... certainly, Eleven would feel an attachment to Amy and not wish to share her even though, rationally, he knows he should do the right thing and give her and Rory some quality time together (as they travel in time and space -- I doubt their honeymoon could beat that! LOL).

I agree - the Doctor's alter-ego made me want to stick duct tape on his mouth to quiet him. :\
