Author’s notes: This is an alternative ending to my one-shot This Time Around. Unlike that story, the Doctor waits longer to visit Martha after she leaves. This is the conclusion to chapter 3.

In case anyone was confused with the previous chapter, it took place a few months in the past based on Martha's timeline. After leaving Martha in the second chapter, the Doctor gets into trouble on a trip he goes on and ends up traveling to a few months before the start of the first chapter (wibbly-wobbly timey wimey). So that in 3a, he gets Martha pregnant due to whatever happens on that trip (coz he has a tendency to have problems when he's traveling solo ;-)).
